 It looks like Spring is right around the corner. Gina and Alice Emu have been very busy cleaning their garden even though we've had freezing cold weather in The Hudson Valley, NY. This is a sign that is most welcome here on the farm during the grey winter days after the holiday season.  When the emu see their shadows, we know it's soon going to be time to check seed inventory and get ready to start herbs and flowers indoors.

 This year the Flying Emu will be opened beginning the second week of May featuring bathing products made with herbs and flowers from the farm, organic art and whatever may be growing and ready in the garden.
